Yarathera (Ash. "Twilight Home") is a small Ashani settlement that functions as the home of the Selviliya and the center of Alqawen's worship on Aralath.
The great Temple of the Swanmother is found there.
In 1802 AS Yarathera was beseiged by the forces of the dark necromancer Sulomyn the Black. The battle involved forces from beyond the confines of the world, including the demonic agents of the necromancer and, at its conclusion, the appearance of the goddess Alqawen herself, manifested through the form of the Selviliya.
While Yarathera sustained a great deal of damage it has subsequently been restored to its former glory.
